Girl Scouts of the USA was founded in 1912 by Juliette Gordon Low. It is a non-profit organization chartered by the Untied States Congress. Based on sound ethical values, Girl Scouting is a movement that provides opportunities for girls to learn and work in partnerships with adult volunteers.
