Did you know you can recognize your troop leader? Want to know how?

 

Once a year, we have the opportunity to officially recognize Girl Scout leaders for all the wonderful work they do with our girls. On behalf of Girl Scouts Heart of the Hudson Council we invite you to nominate your Girl Scout leader(s). In order to receive the award, a leader must be nominated by at least two troop members or their families. Please take the time to nominate someone who is making a difference in the lives of our girls. If you feel your daughter's leader should be recognized as an outstanding leader, please send a letter to EFGS Community Recognition Coordinator. Include your daughter's troop number, leader's name and why you feel they are an outstanding leader.

The Appreciation Pin recognizes an individual's exemplary service in support of delivering the Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE).  This service, which has had measurable impact on at least one geographic area of service, helps the council reach and surpass its mission-delivery goals for that area.
